The order transmitted via the online order form by the customer represents an offer addressed to Ydrorex S.r.l. aimed at concluding a contract of sale, under the conditions indicated therein as well as in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale that, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer undertakes to observe in his relations with Ydrorex S.r.l.

Therefore, by submitting the order form electronically, the customer confirms that he/she knows and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further information always available on the site ydrorex.co.uk and retrievable via links.

It is obligatory on the part of the Customer to provide the company's VAT number and/or tax code, as the case may be, when filling in the master data.

Orders that are incomplete and/or contain errors shall not be considered for the purpose stated in this article.

After transmitting the order in electronic form, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the order (order confirmation).

Execution of orders is conditional on full payment of the price by the customer no later than 10 working days receipt of the order as well as the availability of the products in stock.

Consequently, the non-payment of the price or the lack of availability of the products in stock will lead to the automatic termination of the contract, which will be communicated to the customer by e-mail, followed by the refund of any sums already paid by the customer.

The characteristics of the products are as presented on the website ydrorex.co.uk and described within each product sheet.

However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale online may not correspond to the real ones as a result of any improvements and implementations made in the meantime (of which Ydrorex srl will in any case give notice on its website) or as a result of the browser and monitor used on the Internet.

Product prices may be subject to updates.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are shown in the shopping cart/checkout system of the website.

In the event of visible damage to the packaging, the customer is obliged to check the delivered product in the presence of the courier upon delivery, and to request 'collection with reservation'.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of material in stock, the need to order the required material, transport and customs time.

Delivery times vary on average between 5 and 10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product data sheet and/or order confirmation.

Ydrorex S.r.l. will ship all ordered goods in a single shipment as soon as they are available.

Payment information will never be used by Ydrorex S.r.l. except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on ydrorex.co.uk

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase and in any case before receipt of the dispatch confirmation.

To cancel or modify your order, please write to ydrorex.commerciale@gmail.com specifying the order reference number and any other useful information (company name, order date) to uniquely identify the order in question.

A confirmation of cancellation/modification of the order and all information regarding the reimbursement of any sums already paid will then be issued.

To make a return, the customer must first contact a Ydrorex consultant or send an e-mail to ydrorex.commerciale@gmail.com. 

If the customer wishes a refund in the event that a part cannot be replaced, this will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return.
